I have set up a DB for people with heads/cam to enter their info. Preliminary stages, but functional enough to enter your info. If you have heads and/or cam please take the time to enter your info, as it will help others, and you may need to use it in the future for new heads/cam too!

This is a great link! As soon as my new setup is complete I'll be sure to fill it out! This is a great way for people to review statistics and comments on heads/cam setups before they buy. Almost like a Consumers Buyers Guide!

You may get more responses if you retitle your post.

We have had some good heads/cam info on here in a post. (I think Raughammer started it) But that post just eventually drops off. Had a very similar post in the days of ls1.com before this site existed.

I am not going to fill out the information otherwise, because it's pointless if people don't know the shop that did my work. Also, for valves, what are the stock sized valves? I don't think you have that option, and choosing "other" would defeat the purpose as well. You also did not include Comp as a cam option and I know a lot of people running a Comp grind.
Just a suggestion, since you seem to want to be as thorough as possible

 

My submission went through twice..sorry.

Don't forget to put down Comp Cams as one of the cam manufacturers.

Great women abuse me online too! Added it. If you have stock valves then you haven't had heads/cam work done and you just skip that section? I added "stock" anyway. I think its 2.00 or 1.97, I forget. Comp was an error, I forgot a " in my code, its there now.

You have a selection box for ci, but no printout of it in the spreadsheet.....

 

Added mine. I expected my entry to be at the bottom of the list. When I didn't see it, I reloaded the page, and it added my info a second time. Thinking maybe it was browser problem, I reloaded a second time and now my data is in there 3 times.

I actually do have stock valves- Joe's stage one heads have the stock valves.
