I am building up some new heads and was wondering what set up i should use. Right now i have stock LS1 heads that are brand new. Was gonna get them ported and polished. And also 1.8 rolling rockers. Any suggestions on valves or any comments on the rockers or anything like that. I am looking for 430 out of these things with tunning and a good size cam.

Here is a link to the info for the ones I'm building. I'm having a local porter do the work.

Double springs, hardened valve seats. I would stick with 1.7 rockers and just use your cam to get your desired lift? 1.8 and agressive cams also don't work well together sometimes.

sited12, I would go with manley valves, 2.08" Intake and 1.60" Exhaust.

Those valves are a bit big for stock cubes, not to mention he will need new valve seats. If he's doing it himself, that is going to cause him some problems.
1.8 rockers is definitely not an optimal choice. You'll run into clearance issues pretty quick and the 1.8 rockers are pretty damn expensive. Just use a set of comp 918 springs and run a cam with the lift you're looking for.

Well i was mainly trying to get the heads done with the best of everything possible so i wouldnt have to worry much about them. Wont really have a problem if things get difficult cause my pops is going to help me. He is one of those guys from the first generation camaro that has built and rebuilt everything possible on a car. Also he owns a NAPA store so price on things will drop a little. I think the 1.8s will do great for when i finally do stroke the motor. So i still want to go with those.
