Default LS2 Heads

Will LS2 heads work on LS1 blocks? I assumed they were a different bore, but I wanted to be sure.

Yup, they'll work. These are the same heads that came in the old ZO6's(346) save for the valves.

They are the 243 castings. The only diff from the LS2 and Z06 are the valves. The Z06 has hollow stem intake and sodium filled exhaust valves and they are .06 longer.

Those valves only apply to 02 thru 04 Z06s. The 2001 Z06 cam with the same LS6 243 heads the ls2 has.
