Default White smoke at WOT on dyno???

Whats up guys...made my first ever dyno run yesterday. Current mods now are Hot Cam, Mac's w/ORY, Loudmouth, Whisper lid, 3.73's and descreened MAF. Best numbers were: 352rwhp/361 ft./lbs tq. First is this in the average range I should be in (Car is a 2000 Z28 A4 by the way)? Also, From about 4500-6000rpms, the car started blowing out bluish/white smoke from the exhaust (!) and once we let off, it dumped out more smoke (white)...Next thing u know, the shop was filled with smoke! WTF is this? Anyone with the same problems? Keep in mind its not just a little smoke. Its fair amount and that is what raises the concern. I dont feel its a cracked block or blown head gasket since the car only has 27000 miles. Any help or feedback is appreciated..Thanks!

White smoke is coolant. Probably the head gasket. Black smoke is oil, usually rings.

My car started smoking at high RPMs immediately after I installed my Macs and ORY. I believe mine is because of a rich condition and if you haven't done any tuning, yours probably is too. Just my .02

Thanks guys...my buddy came over and did a "block test" with this little "tool" from his shop..Its definitely not the head gasket/cracked block. What's odd is I've heard people say that this was normal...(?) Should i shrug this off? I was however running rich at 11.4 pretty much from 4K RPMs on...I don't want to ignore and fry my damn rings! Any pointers?

Lean that pig out and I bet it will make a difference. You could get some custom tuning done and have it over with or play with LS1 Edit. I'm one to talk since I haven't done anything in Edit but the basics but, I want access to wide band before I try to get in too deep.
