Default 918 and 941 spring question

I'm in process of buying Comp 222/222 .561/.561 114 LSA. And I was wondering if I should get 918 springs instead of 941 (I have a friend who will sell it for a very cheap price) springs? Is there a huge difference?

Here are the parts that I will be buying this week;

Comp 26918 Springs
Comp Cams Pushrods (7.400 stock length)
772 Titanium Retainers

Also, how important is it to change out stock timing chain while changing out the cam?

Thanks in advance
Jim

You should choose the 918s. Many people are having problems with the 941s breaking.

Well actually people are having problems with both but I would most definately change out your timing chain and oil pump sense your down in there.Call Katech they are a sponsor foe ls1.com and its 110 dollars.Consider it cheap insurance and if you want a dual spring setup that doesnt require machining of your heads shoot me an email the kit is only 289 dollars.
