leakdown Test cold or warm?

Or on a wet compression test would you put the oil in the Combustion Chamber right before testing? And how much oil would you put in?

As to the leakdown test, warm seems to be more accurate. I've seen false readings from cold motors. The colder the temps the more inaccurate it seems.
