I want a new package for the 99 SS for next spring. I drive the car on the street all the time, but I have "COLLECTORS" plates; therefore, I do not require an emission test. I want a high HP/TQ bad-*** set-up, but it must be very streetable. By streetable I mean, pretty close to a H/C set-up. If I want to drive to Florida I don't want to worry if I'll make it or not. I am open to N2O, FI, strokers(just no 400+ strokers- too much $$$ when I raising my Fiance's child because her ex is a deadbeat Father). I want to run 10s without a problem, like 10.3-10.6 with somewhere between 130-140mph. I will describe my current set-up below:
Agostino stage 2 LS1 heads(dual springs)
cam 226\234 .554\.575 112
Grott headers with custom flanged collectors
off road y-pipe
SLP Loudmouth exhaust
LS6 intake
Ported TB
SLP Ls6 85mm MAF
Whisper lid w/k&n
SLP cold air kit
SVO 30lb inj.
ARE ported oil pump
ED Wright tuning
RAM VDS 6130/402 clutch kit
Custom 12 bolt w/4.10s, HD Eaton posi, ASR
BMr subframe connectors
rear lower control arms
414RWhp/387RWTq with the 12 bolt,4.10s,chrome 17x11 ZR1s and 315 tires.
I would like as many thoughts as possible. I will use a SLP Dual Dual exhaust though, but with dual QTP cutouts off my collectors and a third QTP cutout in the traditional spot for various exhaust notes.
Thanks a lot guy, sorry it was so long.

My suggestion is an all-bore 382 and a moderate shot of giggle juice. Maybe go to a larger exhaust, as well (I think a single 3" at your current power level is restrictive, much less at what your new power level might be).
On the other hand, you can always do the LS1 Motorsports single turbo kit. Go to a cam that's more conducive to FI, add an LS6 intake, and you're good to go. Just don't get too greedy on the boost...

Nice numbers on the HC setup 414RWHP is great with 12 bolt and 17s!
I would call ARE and get their 393 all bore package with offset ground crank. Run a big cam with moderate lift for longevity and get your heads freshened up for the big bore. Should run 127+mph no problem.
Cheers,
Chris
