SLP timing chain + ASP pulley?

When you look at the underdrive pulley, you can see where it needs to be machined (it's already machined a little bit, just needs to be extended another .160" or so.
So if I read everything right, it is the neck of thepully that fits onto the crank snout has to be milled another .160 to fit properly. Now is that milling top to bottom or around the cucumpherence of the crank pulley?

Basically, the area that you can already see machined (what actually goes inside the timing cover between the seal), the "lip" needs to be extended up the snout another .160" (about to where the tip of the B arrow is). If my ASP pulley would ever get here I would have some decent side by side before & after pictures.
