Default Them there liners get surface rust QUICK

I just got done washing the block and before I could get the air hose to start drying the block off all 8 liners developed surface rust. I started to worry a little but the rust came right off and now each liners has a nice layer of oil drapeing its walls Almost time to start the assembly Its been WAY too long since this thing was together but I can see the light
