Ok, i'm about to buy a set of 5.3L heads and have the ported and polished this winter. Should i use caution in using these heads for a stage 1 head/cam setup like the one in the latest issure of gm high tech? Any problems with these heads?? Will i need to have any machine work done to them asside from the normal port/polish job?? I would get them done with larger valves. 2.02"/1.57" on a stock bore engine...
