ok well i decided im gonna have my car done by next spring but here is what i want and i need suggestions. I have the SLP loudmouth exhaust and an MTI carbon fiber lid right now and thats it.
what i am looking to do is, 4.10 Gears, Panhard rod, LCA's, Relocation Brackets, getting LS1 Edit, now what i really need help with is picking a cam and help with the FLP headers.
I want to keep the Heads stock, now i want FLP headers but also want to keep the cats, i love my loudmouth dont want to change because its too loud, anyway back to the subject for the headers i want to know if i can still use my stock cats or if i have to get different ones or a different y-pipe? how can i do the set up i want..?

The TR 230/224 or 224/224 cams have worked extremely well with stock heads. A friend of mine has a stock headed '02 M6 Z28 with a TR 224/224, FLP's, TR ported TB, and whisper lid. He made 399RWHP and runs 12.18 @116.9 on the stock 3.42 rear and Eagle GSC's. Thunder's cams have more than proven themselves...

Any drivability requirements? Any emissions testing? What is your goal rwhp? How long do you want the valvetrain to last?
We need more detail to help you, everyone's idea of a perfect cam is different. Its based on what you want to achieve.

It has to go through emissions, and i want the valve train to last a long time, i decided on the the Thunder 224/224 cam with the 114 LSA is what they recommend for any vehicle that goes through emissions and it idles better as well. this car is daily driver and i rarely take it to the track as there isnt one near me.
