Default Spark plug compression fitting?

Where the hell can i just get this fitting? Seems like everyone sales the kit ranging from 25-50.00 but I just want this fitting. Called napa and they didnt even know what the hell i wsa talking about, But they had the kit!

Okay naapa had these fittings but they didnt have the hose peice that connects to it.

TDC method works just as well, is less risk and doesn't require any air. Since you have the cam out (other thread) why not just do it this way?
