Default How do I know if I was sent the correct timing chain?

When my Mom was ordering the Katech Jwiss single pattern timing chain for me. She told them that she wanted a Katech timing chain, for a 98 Z28 Camaro. She forgot to mention Jwiss, she just said Katech timing chain. The timing chain that they sent me arrived today, and the packing slip just says Chain, Timing 3/8X7/32-60L, and the part number is HME-G68VC-60, their is no mention of Jwiss on the packing slip. Therefore my questions are...

Does Katech sell more then one kind of timing chain? Or do they just sell the Jwiss chain?

Their was also a sticker on the plastic bag that the timing chain came in, that says...

Special Parts Notice
These parts have been specifically designed as a performance part and is intended for Off-Highway application only. Since the installation of these parts may either impair your vechicle's emission control performance or be uncertified under current Motor Vehicle Safty Standards, it should not be installed in a vechicle used on any street or highway. Additionally, any such application could adverely affect the warranty coverage on such an on street or highway vehicle.

What does that mean exactly, how does a timing chain affect emissions?

The Jwiss chain is silver in color and the stock GM chain is blued steel.

There will be little "JWIS" logos on the chain links. It comes in a tiny red box.

Here, you can see the little logos stamped into my jwis chain:
