What's the question? It won't rev past 4000? Check for clogged cats maybe

Mine would not rev over 3500 when one of my fuel pumps lost power and the other had to push through it. Try checking the fuel filter. Also check the distributor timing, if its advanced or retarded too far it will fall on its face!

Well he thinks that the previous owner put new plugs in but didnt gap em, im not sure all his mods but i know he has a filter, helix, headers, an accel coil pack, or something like that, and a cam mabey, dual flows and mabey a couple other small things, but i know he threw some lucas fuel injector cleaner in one day and he was able to get it in the 5400 rpm range and then it would start to act like a fouled plug or something, but that didnt last long hes back to 4000 again.
