Default Spark plugs "jumping".....

I was curious if anyone else has come across this before. I was just outside putting a new belt on and after I finished I started the car and went back to the engine bay..I happend to notice cylinder #2 spark plug/boot jumping (for lack of a better description). I put my hand on it and it almost feels like it is getting hit ever so slightly. I checked all the plugs and #1 does it also..Only the front plug on each side..They are all tight. Any Ideas??
