How much for standard engine rebuild? heads and cam? and Stroker to 383?

How much for standard engine rebuild? heads and cam? and Stroker to 383? I am purching a 99 Z28 with a lot of highway miles and in the future will do a engine rebuild and maybe a heads and cam package while it is out. How much do engine rebuilds go for on the LS1? I know for my 86 350 i could get the rebuild kit for about $400 for a good kit. Also how much is a good heads and cam package? or Stroker Kit.
