Well, it's pretty much pointless to drive it on the street, traction was non existant on the Nittos.
But it is a streetable setup, although that's not what I have in mind for it now. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Camaro]" title="" src="graemlins/camaro.gif" />
It's setup to run at the track.
I've already got the slicks and skinnys back on in preperation for running at the track. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Thank you too Johnnie!
Yep, you guessed it, have new setup will race! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
Glad you like your new rockers!

Up to .800 lift.. Damn!!!! Thats just sick... I might have to try a solid roller myself.. I would probably be the only one with a daily driver though..

FMS Solid Roller cam 245/251 .735/.740 113 LS w/
Custom T&D 1.8 rockers

Is that the lift with the 1.8s or the lift assuming 1.7s?

It's Huge, either way <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Doesn't seem like a lot of gain from a cam/head/CR upgrade, but I'm looking forward to seeing some absolutely sick track numbers. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Awesome Gordon! Your car sounds just sick now. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> You know you would be able to drive your car on the street more if you would not pick on the poor cops <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Holy Sh*t Gordon! You have yourself a beast there. Congrats! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> You're going to have a blast at the track. Post the results so we can all be in awe or your setup. <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

Didn't se any mention about which crank you are using. I assume it's NOT STOCK?

Killer setup man! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Ragtop 99,
Thats the lift with the 1.8 rockers ~ .735/.740
The actual lift of the cam is ~ .700/.705

Candy,
Thanks...
LOL, yeah I know... I made them look bad, oh well, can't they take a joke??? <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />
The cops in my town know me on a first, middle and last name basis, and where I live. <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />

Thanks Dan... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Reckless,
Thanks...
The crank IS STOCK, although I did have it cryogenicly treated.

Gordon

Wow, that's a pretty sick setup! When are you gonna put the powerglide in? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" /> It ought to make for some FUN 60' times! Are you still running the 28's? Good luck w/ the new setup on Wednesday, and keep us updated! BTW, I think you meant that the actual lift of the cam is ~ .408/.411. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

happy for you Gordon, I am sure the dyno tuning was worth more for ET than for the numbers on the graph ... looking forward to seeing how the Futral MS combo does at the track Wednesday. good luck
