How much will stiff Valve springs effect performance?

How much will stiff Valve springs effect performance? A while back I found a great deal on some Agostino Stage 2 heads. The heads were set up for a stage two cam with the stiffer valve springs. The specs on the cam were 228/22/..560/560. I have installed these heads on my car, but I am only running a GM hotcam..218/228..525/525.
My question is: Is it worth it to swap to the springs that come with the hotcam kit? Any idea how much power the stiffer springs might be costing me?
