Default throttle position sensor

This happened a couple times before, but is now happening more often. My 99 TA is completely stock except an air lid and a ripper shifter.

after driving a bit (20ish min) the idle climbs to 1200 and sometimes 1500.

My Traction control turns itself off, and I cant turn it back on

One time the "service Engine Soon" light popped on

Ok, I got a reading when the "service engine soon light" was on.

it said it was my throttle position sensor and my Idle sensor. how hard are they to fix? I can follow directions like a monkey, but if its a small chip in the middle of everything...well yeah I'm not that experienced.

You need to post the exact codes to get started. Second, you will have better response if posted in the PCM section.
