patriot dual valvespring question

Default patriot dual valvespring question

just about ready to install my new valvespring kit on my heads from patriot which are dual springs got them from Epp now upon opening them just now i noticed that the exhaust and intake seals are the same color arent they surpose to be one black and one brown/goldish color?did they mess up got 16 of them but all brown/goldish ones? anybody else have this happen to them?

I got all the same colors too. My guess is that rather than making one for the intake and another for the exhaust, they just make them all able to withstand the exhaust side temps, so it shouldn't matter which side they go on.

they are all the same, mine were the same way when I put them on

I got the same thing, freaked out and bought the gm seals with the different colors, lol. Was told later it doesn't matter. Most vendors will send you all the same seals.

ok sweet i started to freak out nothing is going right for me im still waiting for cam gasket kit that i ordered the 12th of last month........where you at futralmotorsports?
