Default Piston Choice help

Im going with an aftermarket forged piston. Im looking for something that will keep my car at around 11.5:1. I am gonna run the Trex cam more than likely 242/248 .608 .612. Also have a set of 243 cast heads that have had port work and bigger valves that have been milled .030 so approximately at 59cc now. I want to know what kind of piston i will need to lower the chances of a PTV clearance issue. Want to stay stock bore or .010 at the max with stock rod length and crank.. If i get a piston with a -2cc relief will that be enough clearance. THats my main issue i want to stay with the higher comp and not have a PTV clearance

-2cc will be fine for that setup. You dont need anymore than that.
