NASTY, NASTY Misfire! Help Please

NASTY, NASTY Misfire! Help Please It started at a 70mph cruise on the highway coming to work. SES light comes on, PO300, the car runs awful, will barely idle. No particular cylinder misfire codes which obviously made me post this, if it was one cylinder it would be a heck of a lot easier to diagnose.
I just started it after it has sat all day, I have a ScanMaster, the only thing that looks weird is at idle LT-1 is at 10, Lt is normal at -02. I know that the long term trims are checked at cruise but why would #1 be at 10???
I have no idea what would cause this??? I'm looking for some ideas, thanks in advance for any advice!
I have had a broken valve spring in the past but it set a single cylinder code and the trims weren't really effected.
T1 cam, Mac headers, TR55 plugs

Re: NASTY, NASTY Misfire! Help Please It ended up being another broken valvespring.....#6 intake side, 14 left in the box....No more KMotion 750's for me. Time to find a new spring.
