umm just some advice my 233-239 113+1 cam with milled to 61 AFR 205s and .045 gaskets the intake valve hit the piston. left about a .015 dent. in all pistons. so i would say the 228R. for you and for what reason do you what to stay 113 no more than 1+...... the 228 will give you great DDability with the 373s. it should keep you DCR up and being a full weight car your gonna need that extra TQ to get you movin.

my .02

I have noticed your set up, very nice by the way, I saw that you had pretty much exactly what I plan to do, single chambers and all. Your cam is on a 114+1 right?

You cannot go wrong with a F13 cam. They are very popular and make the numbers as well as driveability.

Bringing it up to the top.

I'm thinking if the mamo cam matches my shift points, rev limiter will stay at 6600 or 6700 tops, then I should get a comp XFI/XER 224/228 .609/.588 on a 113+1.

I have a torquer 2.. puts out around 400rwhp cam only + full boltons. You would hit your desired range with heads.

You're really limiting yourself with 113LSA. The lower rpm shift points and red-line you're talking about will require more dynamic compression and an earlier intake valve closing point than most of the cams you've listed. A 6400-6500 shift point is going to want a hp peak of around 6200 rpm. This means an intake valve closing point of around 42-43 degrees ABDC at .050" and an exhaust valve opening point of 46 degrees BBDC or later. To extend your red line up to 7000 rpm means having your overlap centered over TDC or slightly biased to the intake side of TDC. This means a split to the exhaust and very little advance.

Think something more like what I run in my car:
223/227 .631/.639 110LSA +0 with static compression above 11.0:1.
223/227 .631/.639 111LSA +1 would work well too.
