Default My car is back, dyno #'s with in....MTI heads/X1

Well my car was in the shop for 2 days, Speed Inc. got me in and out really fast...

I talked to tom over the phone, I'm picking it up this afternoon, it made 377rwhp and 436rwtq...

I wasn't too impressed with the HP, but the torque is amazing... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

It was dynoed through the Th400 with a 3500 stall unlocked....12-bolt with a 3.73 in the back and it was dynoed on 27x11.5x15 Hoosier QTP's....

I'm sure it would be in 380's just by changing tires.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

For intake mods I got an SLP 85mm maf (screened), stock throttle body...

Any pick up 's with a ported one, I'm pretty sure the runs were made through the SLP dual-dual, so I'm figuring pretty close to 400rwhp through a TH400, thats not too bad...

I can't wait to see what 436rwtq feels like off of a T-brake.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Is that tuned?

It should rip.

I'm leaning toward that combo myself but with GTP S2 truck heads

Yes, thats with a new tune....

I think I am going to get a ported throttle body, open the cutout, and I will pick up a good amout, its usually 10rwhp with dual-dual to cutout, I have to find out from speed how they dynoed it...

I think they dynoed with the cutout open, I heard Tom tell Intmd8 to open it last nite before it was dynoed. Car sounded nice when it was being moved.

Keep in mind unlocked you will see a loss of like 20 rwhp or more. Ported TB is always worth more power. Dyno on radial tires and you'll pick up too.

That is sweet Brian. My friend down here that had heads/cam with a TH400 dynoed only like 360RWHP and he was running mid 11's on motor. Your car should be sick <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I went 11.7 and later 11.5 with similar stuff I'm sure the car will fly... The cam sounds great.

Nice numbers man, I miss those heads already. Btw my best dyno pull was 426rwhp 400tq. That was thru a 12 bolt with 3,73's. And the mods in signature. <img border="0" alt="[whiner]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cry.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[whiner]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cry.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[kaboom]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bomb.gif" />

What are the specs on that cam? That's real close to the # I put out with the ARE custom grind, 387/441 HP/TQ, unlocked. Let us know how that works out at the track.

You should make the drive over for M7 Oct 5th, at Stanton, MI. PSJohn, you going?
