Those with G5 cam...
A week from monday my car goes in for the G5 and vig2800. LG has been really helpful and told me pretty much what to expect, but I was just wondering what those with it already, think. by the way, it's a daily driver.

Re: Those with G5 cam...
I had it for a month or so. Car made good power but mine was a dd also and because of the reverse split pattern it was a little to lumpy and shaky for MY taste. I now have the single pattern TR 224/224 and it is 10x's better in traffic as far as shaking goes. Just thought I'd help.

It is not a reverse split. (i.e. 230/224)
DrowningMan, your car is going to run great with the G5 cam. Take a look in the 1/4mi section. Someone just went 11.0x with one and a Yank 4400 converter. Only thing I would look into changing is maybe going up to a 3600 Vig with that cam instead of the 2800.

Re: Those with G5 cam...
Well theres a story too the 2800, LG more or less picked it for me. I wasn't really ready to do a stall yet, but even with tuning they said it would be really hard to get the G5 to idle right with out it. They worked with me on it, and I suppose they picked a less aggresive stall cause I wasn't planning on it in the first place. Thanks for the inpu, I kinda have a feel of what to expect now.

The LSA on the TR224 is 112 for me. I used the same programming from Ed W. and tunes it further on the wideband dyno. I could have sworn thta it was a reverse split, but maube I am just Loco myself.
