382 update: New cam is in!! I don't know if anyone was following my thread from a few months ago, but my new cam is in!!
382 engines... a few questions
just picked up my car from Raging Motorsports with the 236/232 112lsa .602/.585.
It sounds a hell of a lot meaner than before but it's not over the edge. It sill idles nicely at about 850rpm when it warms up. old cam was 224/224 .539 114 lsa
SOTP it pulls like hell in 3rd and 4th. the 315's don't stand a chance in 1st gear. I definately picked up a little power, but we'll tune it at the dyno here shortly and find out.
Time to get a new hood sticker
I'll hit the track wednesday with the street tires just for fun. not looking for anything impressive....

double roller adjustable timing chain
new plugs
royal purple oil, new filter
comp hardened push rods
comp 914 springs
titanium retainers
old 941 springs had 40k miles on em
