nope, if you want take out the throttle stop screw flip it over(so you can adjust it from the top) and turn up the idle a tad so itll be around 800-900rpm. it should get you by but will stall on occasion

It is called Trottle Positioning Relearn.
> Ignition off
> Unhook TPS sensor (bottom one on TB driver side)
> Open blade 1 turn (via idle screw)
> Turn Ignition ON (do not crank)
> Wait 15>30 seconds
> Turn Ignition off.
> Re-Hook TPS sensor
> Start engine and let it idle.
If not enough, try again with only 1/2 turn increament
If too much (car starts cruise mode right off idle in drive), then repeat with 1/2 turn decrease.
This should get you going untill a good tune.

DTC P0121 TP Sensor Circuit Insufficient Activity
DTC P0122 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
Check to see if it (the TPS) is fully plugged in, or it may just be going out.
EDIT: See Predator's post and make sure you plugged the TPS back in...
