Default how much motor for 6.00 to 6.20 1/8 mile times

het iwas going to build a big block 4 my 00 t/a but thinking of staying f.i. heres what i got. 00t/a backhalved with 4 link and 33 10.5ws only wiring im keeping is enough to make radio signals and all lights work and im getting a stand alone harness being as the car was a 94 updated to a 00 front end its got a chromolly cage from the firewall back with funny car cage got k member uper and lowers for the front lightweight brakes im thinking of a 408 or bigger i got a steel 6.0 block and new set of shaft mount rockers i dont care if its a solid roller or whatever ive been seeing some stock motors going 6.80s at 3000 pounds i should be close to that or less also im going to be running powerglide with brake so what should i build whos got best heads what size far as cubic inches and what intake setup any help in the right direction or someone a can call thanks and hope to hear something soon
