Sputtering=Exhaust Leak?
Sputtering=Exhaust Leak? Hey,
From 1500-2500 rpm, my car has been "sputtering", its like when I'm in my buddies car when we on the highway (he has a monster camshaft). It happens with the cutout open and closed, but it definately worse with it open. Had QTP LT's installed three months ago, and havent had anything like this. The only things I could think of where exhaust leak or vaccum... fluids are perfect...
Any Ideas?

If it is worse when it is open, it is just amplifiying the noise....which makes me think that it may be internal. I would start with pulling the valve covers and inspecting the rockers/locks/pusrods/springs. All 4 of those can have something to do with that.
