have a 2006 1500HD LQ4 6.0 I got a comp cam wich specs are
270/276 advertised duration with 218/224 at .050. The lobe lift is 300/300 and it has a 114 lobe separation with a 4 degree advance.

what am i looking at as far as will i need to tune or can i drive it around untill i get some cash to tune it, will i have to worry about any thing?

 

To be 100% safe I would not drive it until you had atleast a mail away put in it. Just my opinion.

 

cool the guy installing it also does HPtuner tunes he said he will do it for 200.00
