Those w/ TR 230/224, what size is your TB hole??

I've drilled mine up a couple of sizes in small increments. Stock size is a little smaller than 11/64..... about .165.
I've drilled mine to about .185 and the pintle numbers only went down from 100 to 90. I figured I had a long way to go to get to the 30 to 40 range.
Mine surges some, but not terribly bad, so I'm not real motivated to drill, test, drill, test......

it doesnt idle anymore? just do a little at a time till it gets to the range you want. just make sure you have your o2s plugged in this time <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
