I'm not sure what sticker you are referring to, but most dealers will change your oil for about $10 to $15 labor if you bring them your own oil. The larger AC Delco filter you want is the PF58 or the PF59.

PF 59 is the right oil filter to maintain the OEM features of the smaller filter that comes on LS1's. If you use PF58 you are eliminating checkvalve or "drain back valve" feature. I am not sure that is a smart thing to do since i believe this valve helps keep oil prime for engine restarts. This is good feature to prevent wear on cold restarts of motor, and wolud help keep lower end quiet as oil pressure is supplied sooner. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

I agree with the above, the use of an antidrainback valve as is in the PF59, will help the oil pressure come up higher on the cold start. I just recently found this out, I have always believe an ADB valve didn't matter on a vertical mount filter, but it does.
I'm not sure but I believe the Mobil 1 M1-206 filter has the ADB valve in it. You can find out for sure if the PF59 filter cross references to an M1-206 in the back of the Mobil 1 catalog.
