Default 408 Twin Turbo Build - Clearance Questions

I have a set of 4.030" (4" Stroke) JE Pistons/rings and want opinions as to how much clearance I should be running for a street/strip twin turbo 408 for my 67 firebird. I'm running an eagle 4" crank, studded mains, will need to be line bored (clearance?), as well as Lunati pro-mod I-beam rods. This thing may very well hit up to 20psi boost, but generally will be ran on the street @ 14.7. I would like opinions as far as piston/wall clearance, and ring end gap for the compression rings. Any advice/recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys, and have a great weekend!

Tony
