I've got a set of 6.0L heads milled down .044. With 2.055/1.55 valves and im running the hammer cam 222/222 .566/.566. I know this question get ask over and over. But if you guys could help me out that would be great.

The only way to answer this questions is to actually check it with a pushrod checker. You need to make sure that the rocker arm tip has the proper travel over the valve stem and to check the clearances at the retainer.
Based upon your components you can probably stick with the stock 7.400" length.
Checking it is the best answer!
