This is my theory:
1. Line up dot to dot.
2. Do the whole heads, cam, put the cam cover on and stop there.
3. I can rotate the crank and cam independently of each other as much as I want during this process (although I see no reason to move the crank at all)?
4. Put the new SLP crank sprocket on with the dot in the same place as the old one (vertical).
5. When re-assembling rotate the cam back to dot-dot and put everything back together?
This seems correct but I don't want to assume and lose track of my timing.....
How do I get the crank sprocket back on? Gently with a hammer?
Thanks
