Rod Bolts
Re: Rod Bolts ARP rod bolts are about $120 or so. Its very difficult to change them out with the motor still in the car, so you may have to pay more labor to have the engine pulled. But, with the engine pulled, a heads/cam swap is a breeze.

Re: Rod Bolts I didn't change rod bolts when I did heads/cam but I wish I did. I just spun a rod bearing, need a new motor <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> . I would definitely recommend getting the rod bolts, espeically if you have a high mileage bottom end (like I did)

Rod bolts aren't going to help either.
