which cam is the best ?

what do you think guys for this cam which is the best :

my mod
402ci 9.3:1
AFR head 225 72cc
vortech 14.7 psi
60lb fuel injectors
1000 fuel pump
th400
moser 12bolt 3.73

Lingenfelter GT2-3 camshaft 207/220 .571/.578 118.5

custom cammotion cam 234/240 .590/607 114

They are very different cams, what are you planning to do with the ca?

Why would you even think about a cam as small as the first one? With the setup you have now you can do every bit as large as the second one if not bigger.
