Default MisFire Code?

I just got my B1 cam installed about two weeks ago, and I've thrown a multi-misfire code three times. I understand the cam is causing this. I was wondering if this is a common problem, and if I have the pcm tuning done at MTI it should cure this right?

Yes, tuning will cure it. Do you have and A4 or M6?
