White powdery residue around head and block, did I lift the head?
I suspect that I did, but wanted to see if anyone else had experienced the same thing.
I am spraying the car, so apparently the car did not like the amount I was throwing at it. Preasure must be high in that cylinder, as it blew the AIR tube off a few weeks ago.
The heads are coming off no matter what. So, down for the winter. See you guys next year.

Good luck with your winter project. At least it made it all year. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Back to the drawing board. Still looking for 10's on motor.. Got some things to figure out. I was happy to get a 10.6 and a 1.44 60', but thought that I should have been running low 10's by the end of this year.
I'll take some pics, before I pull the heads. I'm thinking about pulling the whole motor & doing some upgrading. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I know the feelings, it sucks to be broke towards the end of the year when you really want to be running every last chance you get. Good luck with the winter projects and we'll both be posting new times next spring!
