Default Oil pressure question

I have an 02 ram air and it has 12,000 miles. My oil pressure even when hot at idle does'nt go below 50 psi. When running along the highway it is around 65psi. When I run it up in the rpm's it almost touches 80psi. Keep in mind this is when it is hot, is this normal? Does anyone else have this issue?

Sounds a little higher than most, but nothing I'd be overly concerned with.

Did it just start doing this suddenly, or has it always been a little on the high side? What kind of oil do you have in the car?

Always been that high ever since the day I picked it up. I use mobil-1 5-30. I was not to worried I just wanted to know if there was anyone else that had this same issue.

The more I hear about the sending units, the more I think that they are not really accurate. To me, they seem to be accurate only in a general way, like the temp gauges are. I would welcome some feedback from folks that have installed an aftermarket unit in the block galley.
