Default Cam bearings upon install??

Do I have to worry about cam bearings getting pushed out of their proper places when I install the new cam? With all of the online "LS1 cam install" directions and photos, no one talks about this being of any concern. Is the back bearing hole the smallest, then a little bigger, then biggest up front as to avoid pushing the bearings?
I just really don't want to screw this up <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
Thanks in advance, Ryan

to get the cam bearing out you have to use a bearing driver and a hammer. they are kinda wedged in there they will not just fall out. but be careful not to nick or scratch them when removing/installing the cam.
