Cam Suggestions please in the future If I go with GTP S2 Heads, and a TR224/227 cam, would I loose power while I wait to do about a 100 dry shot?

Re: Cam Suggestions please also what sort of build up for all that would you guys recomend..I have lid,K&N,HPP3,!FRA, !screen maf,3' x pipe,3" side exit exhaust.
