Default coil bind help

..well just got it all back together and now after installing the rockers the springs are coil binding at max lift, i checked to see where the pushrod stops turning and then torque to 22# but its only like a half-1 full turn, im hoping 7.35 PRs will help. i had the same cam and combo befor with no bind, all i did was mill .015.. any <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> suggestions?

Changing the push rod length will not help. You will either need to go with dual springs or wider diameter ones to achive the same pressure without them binding.

...why would they NOT bind befor and now suddenly bind if all i did was mill .015 the all i should need is shorter PRs, if not then WHY? i understand i might have to get new springs but i just want to learn why this happened.
