Good info. That's why in my head it seems you could make a very potent combo using the LS6 heads with the stock, LS6 lightweight valves, 918 springs, TI retainers, CNC porting, and a little milling for 11:1 compression.
I see a lot of guys using the LS6 heads, but I never see anybody using the stock, hollow stem valves.
A nice stable valvetrain at 6600 - 6800 is a good thing!

I guess it comes down to: at what HP level are the stock valve sizes hurting you? It looks like some good numbers in some of the above posts!!

Sounds good, but why not use the 6.0L heads? I think the 6.0L is better for the $$$$.. Just my opinion..
