ls1 or ls6

my father scored a set of heads off a 2001 vette,was a "warranty" job.....will these be ls1 or ls6, i have not seen yet to ckeck my self....any use to me?

there should be a part# on the heads somewhere. you can check it(if you find it) at the gm peformance parts site. i could be wrong but couldn't hurt to look
