Default RGR heads, are they any good?

While on a sponsors web page, I noticed RGR heads. StageII's going for 1700.00 dollars. Not bad i price, but do they perform? Anybody have any experiance with them?

Yes, they perform very well.
I've seen M6 cars dyno 420rwhp or more with them and a cam.
I've seen an A4 car dyno 405rwhp UNLOCKED with them.

All the cars with the heads have performed well at the track as well.

RGR's are nice from what I've read.

However, if your in the $1700 to $1800 price range, you might want to look at a set of TEA Stage 2 heads. Dual springs and lot's of good stuff for $1800 if they are not on sale. On sale or group purchase and for less than $1600 you can get a set of heads that have made as much as 440rwhp.

The TEA 5.3's seem to be the hot ticket.

i have rgr st2 heads and 222/222 cam,all boltons. my 2001 ws.6 m6 made 424.1 rwhp and 407.4 rwtq. the heads are GREAT my car went 11.71 at 119.2 mph 1.81 60 foots. with better 60foots i'm 11.5's. you will have a 3to4 month waite but they are worth it. dont let the fact that they dont have the big name yet stop you from buying them, they are a great set of heads.
GOODLUCK TO YA MAN, mike c.
