The 7.350 rods you already have arent even the right size for your current setup so your **** is still going to be off.

7.4315 should be your current PR size with your TREX cam.
How so...when you mill your heads they get shorter...not longer. If you cut .070" off a head with proper valvetrain geometry, then you have to cut .070" off the pushrod to maintain that same geometry. If you add .070" to the pushrod then you are holding the valves open too far.

I did cut .070 off i didnt add it, lol. And the vales would not open much longer, the lifters would just be preloaded like a ****.

You are probly right about the lifters just being overly preloaded. But i know my setup works now, so I am gonna adjust the current to fit the new lobes and be done. Who knows, my heads could be cut even more. I do know When I previously put an LS6 intake on these heads, while torquing it down, you could hear it make a little popping noise as it slid down into place. It never cracked, I have checked, but it was a very tight fit and it would sit crooked until you torqued both sides down...HAHAHA...same thing with my FAST 90 intake now, except no popping noise, just crooked till torqued down. I had to go back and spray starting fluid around the intake until I got it tightened all the way down and stop leaking.

Ok, so that only leaves me with one question...Do I need to shim my valve springs with LSK lobes and how much?

To answer that question, you have to find out what is the open pressure of the spring and the cam to see if they are within range.
Normally you shim within .050 of coilbind.

On the PR issue, best advice is measure with a length checker.
