what do they chime on the ls1 oil pumps to increase the pressure? what do they chime on the ls1 oil pumps to increase the pressure? I know they port the inlet.

With our pumps (A.R.E.)it`s not just a matter of shimming the spring(this well increase pressure but that`s all) we port the inlet side and outlet side, which helps to increase the pumps volume and we also address some other problem area`s of the pump...

Re: what do they chime on the ls1 oil pumps to increase the pressure? The oil pumps I've seen have the inlet and outlet cleaned up. Then 3 small washers (total .110") put between the valve and the spring in the pump. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
