Default dyno'd new Absolute speed setup

well i went with jay from absolute speed to mustang magic to dyno a few cars. and to try out my new set up. i am having a little tuning isues i gotta work out. the car is running lean up top.
the car dyno'd 509 unlocked w/ 492.1 ft lbs of torque. i am having someone send my dyno graph to ed wright to show him the problem. the air fuel was at 13.1 about 6500 rpm. im sure its just a tuning problem that ill have to work out.
i know i know i need to get it dyno tuned properly. i plan on it. i just want to get a before and after tune with my car running top.

Not to be rude, but I hate post like these. Some detail would be nice... You don't even mention it is even a LS1

I wish I had 509 rwhp . You are running lean though. Get that squared away and come back and tell us how much differance it made.

Dang troublemaker.I thought you owned a 6 cylinder Rustang from your first post.

509,509,509[wipe drewl from lip] Kick *** numbers Mike.

Lets get it right and then race the wheels off that thing.

mike, awesome set-up.
question...why would you go with mail-order tuning? you should just get it tuned while it's strapped to the dyno instead of mailing PCM's across the country and hoping the tune fits our application.
just my two cents.

A word of advice for tuning an FI LS1 car, make it rich and it'll make much better numbers. Just what I've seen from experience

Otherwise, good numbers from running lean. I was able to get 500 rwhp out of a Vortech car with stock bottom end and mild heads/cam. You should be at 550 minimum IMO.

hey i am going to finally hook up my fuel pressure gauge. i think it is a fuel pressure problem. i might need to go to 42lb injectors with this new setup. i also might go with a bigger in the tank pump so i know my big t-rex is getting enough fuel. i have a couple of big turbo guys helping me out to find the problem. then its off to a dyno tune session to get this car dialed in perfectly. i just want to fix this pressure problem so i dont waste any $$$ on a tune sesion to have to go back again.
