Heads and Compression ratio???

Heads and Compression ratio??? A couple of questions....
1) With the Lunati 382 stroker kit, what would the compression ratio be on an otherwise stock motor and top end? (i.e. 3.903" pistons, 4" stroke, non-decked block and non-milled stock heads)?
2) When you have your heads ported by MTI, GTP, TEA, JPR, etc., etc., do they mill the heads for their Stage 2+ ports or do they just port the intake and exhaust ports?
3) Does porting of the intake and exhaust ports raise compression?
I'm going with the Lunati stroker kit and I want to keep my compression ration below 11:1 if I can (I don't want to have to run race gas). Also, nitrous may be in the future, but not right now.
